Devghat Beni River has swept away so many people annually

Anil Dhakal, October 21, 2014 Chitwan (DCnepal) - It is reported that the Devghat Beni River has swept away so many people annually. In this situation, an elderly person who is Tej Prasad Simkhada has come to the River so that he can mange for the place to take bath. The River is considered as holy or sacred river and for this many people come to take bath but they are swept away. Thus the river is known as Manche Khane Khola as it is reported that a woman and her son were swept away by the river when they tried to take both. Those devotees who have come to take bath and those who are coming for swimming are swept away. So Simkhada has tried to manage for a place so that the devotees who come to take bath won’t die.
