As stocked medicines too are finished in the few hospitals and health institutions of district area, the lack of medicines are seen in the health institution and district hospitals. Due to the strikes the medicines that are available in the hospitals have been finished and the medicines that needed to be imported from Indian company can’t be imported so there is lack of medicines. Citizens of Lamjung are facing the lack of medical treatment now as they are suffering from extreme food shortages due to regular Terai strikes and blockade of India. Not only in the rural area of districts but also in district hospital there has been lack of medicines so the health institutions and the district hospital are isolated. There are shortages of medicines therefore they had to return the patient empty hand without providing medicines. Due to shortage, medicines that must be used regular (pressure, heart attack) are also can’t be provided. In many hospitals of Lamjung there is lack of medicines that the government provides it free of cost too. Due to shortages of medicines people have stopped to come at hospitals for treatment. People who need medical treatment are in more trouble when hospital had stopped to take admission.
