Government gives them white colour motorbike for their convenience at service of public. KC used to fill full tank in government motorbike going to government petrol pump and used to sell the petrol to consumers in high price. The picture has been sent by local people. Local people had also complained that KC was not only involved in black market but also involved in illegal activities, corruption and misuse of governmental properties. Local people said he also misbehaves with local people. Likewise few persons of Nepali Armies are also misusing the government vehicles and involved in black market. It was shames to such person who are involved in black market and illegal activities in this critical situation of the country where public are suffering due to blockade. Though the government and security agencies are also not taking any action to the culprit.
